Description
English: GFP::DYLT-1 in a dhc-1(or195ts) Heterozygous Background Strain were grown at 15 °C and embryos were imaged on a room temperature microscope stage. Robust localization to mitotic spindle poles. Three slices 1 μm apart were captured every 30 s and projected.
