Notes
  • Significance: Linden Towers, an elaborate, multi-towered and multi-gabled mansion, was built in 1878 for James Clair Flood, reputed to be the wealthiest man in California. The gates, built for James L. Flood to enhance his father's estate, were added in 1904. The house was demolished in 1936 and the gates are all that remain.
