Notes
  • Significance: The Peter Williams House represents one of the last remaining early nineteenth-century brick dwelling houses in northern New Castle County. Its location at the intersection of Routes 71 and 72 places it as one of the few surviving elements of the nineteenth-century rural landscape in an area presently being overwhelmed by suburban development.
  • Survey number: HABS DE-332
