English: Examples of thymocytes migrating to phagocytes during negative selection. Purified CD4+CD8+ F5 thymocytes labeled with SNARF and Hoechst and introduced into LysM-GFP thymic slices, then treated with 1 nM specific peptide for 30 min. The incubation was continued for various times and the slices were imaged by time-lapse two-photon microscopy. Scale bars are 10 µm. |
