ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการของค่ายจักรพงษ์ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 12 มีลักษณะดังนี้

"เครื่องหมายราชการของค่ายจักรพงษ์ กองทัพบก กระทรวงกลาโหม เป็นรูปกระบองขัดในกงจักร อันเป็นเครื่องหมายประจำพระองค์ของจอมพล สมเด็จพระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ เจ้าฟ้าจักรพงษ์ภูวนารถ กรมหลวงพิษณุโลกประชานารถ สมเด็จพระอนุชาธิราชในรัชกาลที่ 6 อดีตเสนาธิการทหารบก และผู้รั้งตำแหน่งเสนาบดีกระทรวงกลาโหม ภายใต้จักรมีคำว่า "ค่ายจักรพงษ์" ซึ่งเป็นชื่อค่ายที่พระองค์ทรงประทานให้แก่ค่ายทหารนี้ (ไม่จำกัดสีและขนาด)"

ภาพนี้มีฐานะเป็นเครื่องหมายราชการ กำหนดอยู่ในประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒ (ฉบับที่ ๕๘) ลงวันที่ ๑๖ เมษายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๓ ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม ๘๗ ตอนที่ ๗๗ วันที่ ๑๘ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๓ หน้า ๕๘๐
