Description
English: Dpy19L1 localization along the microtubule network. Confocal images of Dpy19L1-GFP (green) and endogenous α-Tubulin (magenta) in COS-7 cells transfected with pDpy19L1-GFP. Nucleus was labeled by DRAQ5 (blue). Eight optical Z-sections were captured at 0.52-μm intervals.
