Description
English: Time-lapse BLI of mBmal1 promoter-driven ELuc luminescence from the SCN slice of Bmal1-ELuc transgenic mice shown in Figure 2B and Figure S5. CCD images were acquired using 10 min of exposure time at 15 min intervals for 120 h with a 4× objective lens.
