  • Significance: The present buildings of Estate Reef Bay Sugar Factory were constructed in 1844 on an eighteenth century factory site, and they incorporated the remains of the earlier structures. The Estate was the last one on the island of St. John to produce sugar, and the mill was operated until 1907.
