Notes
  • Significance: an example of a modestly-scaled business structure built within a dense urban setting for a small insurance/real estate company, the Fiedler Building is representative of this area's change from one of large single-family residences to that of prominent buildings for well established businesses and institutions. The building's Federal-Revival style is typical for a building of its size and original use. The building was constructed ca. 1925.
  • Survey number: HABS NJ-1056
