Registration is proceeding steadily. But this process necessarily takes up precious time, and thousands of volunteers are needed in the A.T.S. today for work that cannot wait. You are being asked to volunteer at once ahead of your age group. If you have already registered do not wait for your interview. Come forward now. The A.T.S. demands personal integrity, good intelligence, and willingness to maintain a high standard of efficiency. Members work side by side with men in the Army and also take over vital work which releases men for front-line training. This poster was scanned and released by the Imperial War Museum on the IWM Non Commercial Licence. The artwork was created by a commissioned military artist during their active service duties in the First World War. In the UK this these became controlled under the Crown Copyright provisions and so faithful reproductions may be reused under that licence, which is considered expired after 50 years.
