Deutsch: Groß Nordende (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 28 – Ehem. Wohnhaus Früchtenicht – Foto 2020 – Es handelt sich um ein villenartiges Wohnhaus mit seitlichem Risalit. Diese Bauform aus der wilhelminischen Zeit findet man in der Region häufig. Die Fassade ist gegliedert durch ein Gesims zwischen den Geschossen und flache Ecklisenen, die mit Medaillons verziert sind. Die Fensterumrahmungen im Erdgeschoss sind von Schlussteinen gekrönt. Ein Medaillon mit Girlanden oben am Giebel zeigt das Baujahr und das Monogramm des Bauherrn (J F - Jakob Früchtenicht). Der größte Teil des Gebäudes ist im Ursprungszustand erhalten, die Risalitfenster waren allerdings früher mehrfach geteilt. Nach Süden wurde das Haus durch einen Anbau erweitert. Hinter dem Haus – im Bild nicht sichtbar – befindet sich ein weiterer Anbau. – Das Haus wurde 1911 für Jakob und Johanna Früchtenicht (geb. Ochs) gebaut. Das Ehepaar war nach der Inflation in den 1920er Jahren aus finanziellen Gründen zum Verkauf gezwungen.
