Description
English: Recording of the heart beating of an isl1−/− embryo at 2 dpf. Ventral view (anterior to the left). Note the reduced speed of the contractions and their irregularity (also see Fig.1B). Playback speed (150 fps) is set to match recording speed to render natural speed of the embryo's heart beat.
