English: This video gives a brief explanation of the NIOSH Manual of Analytical Methods (NMAM), fifth edition. The NMAM provides a comprehensive collection of methods for sampling and analyzing contaminants in workplace air, on surfaces, and in the blood and urine of workers who may be exposed to hazards on the job. The video explains some of the Manual’s history and how the manual can be used to measure exposures to occupational hazards. Learn more at https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/nmam/default.html
