English: This video shows that Mahjong shRNA cells do not undergo apoptosis when they are cultured with normal cells in the absence of tetracycline. MDCK pTR Mahjong shRNA cells were fluorescently labeled with CMFDA (green), mixed with normal MDCK cells at a ratio of 1∶10, and cultured in the absence of tetracycline.
