Description
English: Irvalec induces a rapid plasma membrane permeabilization. Representative images of A549 cells exposed to 10 µM Irvalec for 2 min. In the presence of propidium iodide, unpermeabilized cells show intact nuclei while permeabilized cells show PI stained nuclei.
