  • Significance: This is an example of a traditional Cape Cod "house and a half" of the early nineteenth century. Building Number 19-50 in Cape Cod National Seashore. / This house is a one and a half story Cape Cod "house-and-a-half" of wood. The rectangular house faces south and has a north ell. The south exterior wall is covered with clapboards and the other walls and the gable roof are covered with wood shingles. The house is painted red and surrounded by residential landscaping.
