Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Intravital imaging of CD11c-YFP non-infected (Control) liver. CD11c-YFP mice were submitted to a small surgery to expose one of the liver lobes. These lobes were imaged in a Spinning Disk confocal microscope for around 30 min. To allow the observation of blood vessels, each animal received Rhodamine B-Dextran i.v. just before image acquisition. Each square area corresponds to a 20×20 µm region. This movie is representative of 3 observed animals.
