Deutsch: Im Verlag des Fotografen Ludwig Hemmer per Lichtdruck zur Ansichtskarte mit der fortlaufenden Nummer 167 vervielfältige Aufnahme, aufgenommen wohl vom Dach des seinerzeitigen Gebäudes Haus Brackebusch mit einem Blick über das damalige Café Kröpcke in Richtung Luisenstraße. Im Vordergrund links befand sich das Café Kasten, hinter dem sich - hier zwischen den beiden hannoverschen Straßenbahnen zu sehen - das an der Fassade nahezu identische Haus mit der seinerzeitigen Adresse Theaterplatz 16A befand; heutige (Stand 2018) Anschrift: Rathenaustraße 16A.
