Description
English: The abolishment of the cyclic protrusions and retractions of the lamellipodium in a spreading REF52-β3-integrin- EGFP cell by MLCK inhibition with 30 µM of ML-7. (Fig. 4A). Membrane lipid fluorescence signal (red). 25 min 3 s–29 min 58 s after plating the cell on FN coated glass. The white rectangle region corresponds to the cell edge region represented in montage. The time-lapse seqeunce was collected at 5 s/frame with an Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope. The video is shown at 5 frames/s.
