Description
English: TIRF imaging of slow-moving OA1-GFP labeled melanosomes. TIRF time-lapse tracking of one melanosome (arrow) with low average velocity (0.09±0.01 µm/s). Images were acquired at 1 s intervals and shown at 10 frames per second. Calibration bar: 4 µm.
