Description
English: Illustration of TdT-long form dynamics in 100 ns molecular dynamics simulations performed. High fluctuations in Loop3, fingers and index fingers regions as well as in DNA primer is seen while lower fluctuations of Loop1 as compared to TdT-short form are noted. Mg2+ ions and ddATP not included in the movie.
