Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Changes to liver architecture: morphology of healthy liver imaged with SD-IVM (part I) and liver of a mouse infected with MRSA twenty-four hours prior to imaging (part II). Neutrophils were labeled with AF750-anti-Ly-6G antibody (magenta). Autofluorescent hepatocytes are green. The scale bar indicates 20 μm. Each video was recorded for approximately 10 minutes, for details see the time stamps
