Summary[edit]

Description
English: Wild-type larval responses to 100-ms flashes of ∼470-nm light. Three flashes of ∼470-nm light (100 ms each) are delivered to a wild-type larva (5 dpf). Field recordings of similar experiments revealed no Mauthner cell activation during the stimulation. A blue circle is shown in the upper left-hand corner of the video indicating the duration of each flash of ∼470-nm light.
