Español: Relieve en bronce con el busto de Pedro Sarmiento de Gamboa (Alcalá de Henares, 1530 a 1532 - Océano Atlántico, frente a Lisboa, 17 de julio de 1592) fue un marino, explorador, escritor, historiador, astrónomo, científico y humanista español del siglo XVI.
English: Bronze relief with the bust of Pedro Sarmiento de Gamboa (Alcalá de Henares, 1530 to 1532 - Atlantic Ocean, opposite Lisbon, July 17, 1592) was a 16th-century Spanish sailor, explorer, writer, historian, astronomer, scientist and humanist.
