Description
  • Scope and content: This item is a petition signed by 487 members of the Anti-Communist Youth League (ACYL) - a group of North Korean prisoners of war who wished to denounce their communist ties. This branch was at the Yongchon United Nations Command Prisoner of War Camp #4 in North Korea. The petition was signed by the members of the ACYL with their name, serial number, and a thumb print in blood. The wooden box the petition was shipped in is included. An English translation is included.
