Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.; Ext. beelden van het uit begin 19de eeuw daterende Polderhuisje aan de Stadhouderskade, op het moment van filmen nog in gebruik als stadskroegje. Aanleiding voor de filmopname is vermoedelijk de gemeenteraadsvergadering van april 1924 geweest, waarin werd besloten tot de sloop van het Polderhuisje ten behoeve van de aanleg van rioleringswerken, in het bijzonder voor de bouw van een overpompgemaal.
