Summary[edit]

Description
English: This movie depicts spontaneously contracting myotubes. Satellite cells were isolated from m. soleus and induced to differentiation for 4 days. Obtained myotubes were amenable to contraction without extra stimuli. Multiple foci of contraction can be observed.
