Svenska: Halvsfärisk puka av silver med trumskinn av sämskat kalvskinn. Skinnet fäst med list runtom samt med nio spännskruvar, ca 155 mm långa, varav gängning ca 95 mm. Skruvarna fästa vid listen genom runda byglar av stål och löper nedtill genom fasetterade byglar vars övre del är av silver och den undre av stål, dessa byglar fästa vid pukan med fastnitade rokokokartuscher,. Spännskruvarnas huvuden med fyrsidigt tvärsnitt och vulstformad krage. Mellan huvudena och byglarna packning av läder. På pukans undersida stämplar "LIENDENBERG STOCKHOLM" samt med skrivstil ristat: 51 m, 3.5 lo. Tre svängda ben, ca 167 mm, höga i form av två svängda C-formade bågar. Fötterna sammanhållna nedtill av tre svängda ca 15 mm breda stålband som löper samman i mitten till en ring.

Pukorna använda vid ståndsriksdagens högtidliga utblåsande 1756-1866, signerade Caspar Liendenberg, Stockholm 1756.
