Description
English: Removal of GV from fully-grown oocyte. After the fully-grown GV oocytes were collected, in order to prepare cytoplasmic extracts, the entire GVs were removed using a micromanipulator in modified Hepes-CZB medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/ml dibutyryl cyclic AMP and 7.5 µg/ml cytochalasin B. The inner diameter of the pipette for nucleolus collection was approximately 5 μm.
