The proposed project would be located in the Bootstrap Mining District, in Elko County, Nevada, approximately 45 air miles northwest of Elko and 25 air miles north of Dunphy ... Under the Proposed Action, the Plan of Operations would increase to encompass 3,520 acres of BLM-administered land and 211 acres of private land. Construction and operation of the proposed project would result in approximately 1,167 acres of surface disturbance ...
