English: S. pombe with klp5 deletion. Time-lapse movie (1 frame /4 s) of a Δklp5 strain of S. pombe, containing a GFP α2 tubulin fusion, imaged by fluorescence microscopy at 25°C. Pixel size is 0.107 µm.
