Description
English: sbg1 Δ cells are defective in contractile-ring constriction. sbg1Δ spores with a plasma membrane marker GFP-Psy1 (green) and a ring marker Rlc1-tdTomato (red) were dissected and germinated on YE5S plate and the resulting cells were imaged 24 h after tetrad dissection. The cells were imaged with a time interval of 10 min for >10 h. Time is in h: min. Frame rate: 7 frames per sec (fps).
