Summary[edit]

Description
English: Sailors from the Deck Department secure a chain stopper on the starboard anchor in the foc'sel aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. A special color-coding system is used to identify how much of the chain is payed out and under water just by looking at it. Ronald Reagan is underway on a routine deployment to the Western Pacific.
