Service members and status of forces agreement personnel were given an opportunity to tour the park. The tour, sponsored by Marine Corps Community Services Okinawa, included stops at Kakazu Ridge, the Battle of Okinawa Historical Display, the Okinawa Peace Memorial Museum and the Former Japanese Naval Underground Headquarters.
