Description
English: Insulin stimulation increases the intensity of HA-GLUT4-eGFP at the cell surface. Adipocyte transfected with HA-GLUT4-eGFP was serum-starved prior to stimulation with 100 nM insulin at t = 0 min. TIRF images were acquired at 1 frame per 10 s. Scale bar is 15 µm.
