Description
Svenska: Sammansatt av ursprungligen ej samhörande delar. Klingan sannolikt från sen medeltid. Kavel av sengotisk typ. Knapp och parerplåt sentida (1830-50). Monteringen av de olika delarna till av allt att döma utförd under sistnämnda tid. Fäste av mässing. Knapp pålödd kaveln och av rund vertikalt hoptryckt form, utmed mitten bård (hålkäl). Nitknappen som är platt och med ojämnt flersidig kontur utgör huvudet till en i knappen inskruvad kort skruv. Kavel koniskt avsmalnande mot klingbasen. Rund överdelens mitt och nederdel en snedräfflad ring. Mellan dessa ett yttäckande mönster av stående rektangulära fält med rut- och kryssmönster i låg relief och med spår av påhamrat silver. Parerplåt slät, rundat skivformig och vågrät utskjutande på vapnets utsida utmed kanten bård av runda hål. Parerplåtens insida liten, bredd 18mm, rakt nedåtböjd och formad som en palmett. Klinga tvåeggad illa medfaren och täckt av gravrost. Eggsidorna ojämna mycket skadade. Jordfynd..
