Description
English: Absence of smooth muscle contraction in the 72 hpf mlt intestine. Sagittal confocal scans through the intestine of a 72 hpf mlt larva expressing GFP (green) in smooth muscle cells and mCherry (red) in the intestinal epithelium (Tg(miR194:mCherry; Sm22a:GFP)). Epithelial cell invasion is already present at this stage. Time lapse movie; 1 s corresponds to 9 min real time.
