  • Significance: Built in 1914, the architect of the house was Lewis A. Dow. Charles Bugbee's son Harold lived in the house with his wife Olive until his death in 1963. Olive continued to live in the house until her death in 2003. She willed the property to the Panhandle-Plains Historical Society. The Ranch House is a four-square Prairie Style with a hipped roof...
