Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 In vivo imaging of CCR5-/-MO-DCs in the brain of C57BL/6 mice infected with PbA. MO-DC enriched populations were obtained from CCR5-/- mice at 5 days post-infection labeled with CSFE and transferred i.v. (one million cells/mouse) to PbA-infected WT mice. The presence of CSFE labeled cells were detected in the microvasculature and brain parenchyma by confocal microscopy 15-30 minutes after cell transfer in the orbital vein.
