Stamp of the German Democratic Republic; 1959; commemorative stamp of the series "Handed return paintings of the "Gemäldegalerie Dresden""; stamp motive with the monochromized painting by the Swiss painter Jean-Etienne Liotard (1702-1789), "The Niece of the artist: Mademoiselle (Marianne) Lavergne", other titleː "La liseuse", "La bella lectora" or "Brieflesendes Mädchen".; This portrait painting was created in 1746 in the style of the Rococo.; The contemporary location of the original is not clear.; One painting is existing in Amsterdam ("Rijksmuseum"), an other in Dresden ("Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister").; Both locations are profoundly convinced to have the original.; stamp postmarked
