Description
English: Retrograde Flow following Trypsin Treatment of a Dense Epithelial Sheet (I). Time course of cells migrating to close the denuded space after the central region was evacuated with trypsin. The recovery of space is predominantly achieved through cell spreading, as there is motion of submarginal cells in the direction opposite the wound. A slower timecourse is shown in Movie S9. Images are taken in brightfield.
