Description
English: Migration of HUVECs with decreased expression of RhoC. HUVECs were infected with lentivirus encoding RhoC shRNA and plated on gelatin-coated plates. Cellular migration was recorded using a bright field microscope (Nikon Biostation IM) for 2.5 h with an acquisition rate of 5 min/frame. Movies played at a speed of 5 frames-per-second. Scale, 10 µm.
