Description
English: Frozen Section of Optic Nerve of a Mouse Inoculated in the Vitreous Chamber with TMEV and Sacrificed 4 d Later The section was doubly stained for CNPase (green) and GFAP (red). Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI. The section was examined with a Zeiss Axioplan 2 microscope equipped with the Apotome device in order to obtain 0.7 μm thick optical sections. The 3-D reconstruction was built using the Axiovision 4.5 software. The markers are not expressed by the same cells.
