Summary[edit]

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 One Tg(fli1a:EGFP)y1 embryo was injected at one-two cell stage with a mixture of nova2 morpholino and morpholino-resistant nova2 mRNA and left to grow until 22 hpf, when it was time lapsed for 15 hours. The image stack is 60 micron thick, with 5 micron voxel-depth, and 10 min. delay between one stack and the next one. The embryo's head is to the left, dorsal is to the top. Intersomitic vessels growth and sprouting appear similar to that observed in embryos injected with control MO.
