Description
English: A Vero cell transfected with GFP1-10 and infected with the WSN-PB2-GFP11 virus was observed at various times post-infection, as indicated. Green: PB2-GFPcomp; red, NP-mCherry. Individual color channels and merged images. Time post-infection is indicated. Scale bar: 10 μm; single optical slices; signals in the two color channels were acquired sequentially on a Nipkow spinning disk microscope.
