Description
English: Calcium dynamics of chordamesodermal cells in homogeneous conjugation. The right side of the explant (the cytoplasmic membranes are marked by red) was chordamesoderm induced by the overexpression of nodal mRNA coinjected with G-CaMP, and the left side (marked by green) was also chordamesoderm. The cells in the chordamesodermal tissues showed a relatively low frequency of calcium flashes compared with Movie S1.
