Description
English: U.S. Army Col. Curtis A. Johnson, left, the commander of the 15th Sustainment Brigade, and Command Sgt. Maj. Larry A. Parks, his senior enlisted adviser, uncase their brigade's colors during a transfer of authority ceremony at Kandahar Airfield in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, Aug. 26, 2013. The 3rd Sustainment Brigade transferred authority of sustainment operations throughout Regional Commands South and Southwest and National Support Element-West to the 15th Sustainment Brigade.
