Quillin are handed to National Park Service divers during an interment at the USS Arizona Memorial at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 7, 2012. The guests included Pearl Harbor survivors and other veterans. The morning of Dec. 7, 1941, Japanese bombers staged a surprise attack on U.S. military forces in Hawaii.
