Coast Guard Cutter Sea Devil, an 87-foot patrol boat assigned to Maritime Force Protection Unit Bangor, sits in full-dress at the pier before the cutter's change of command ceremony at the Muriel Williams Waterfront Park in Poulsbo, Wash., July 26, 2013. CGC Sea Devil and its sister ship, CGC Sea Fox, were established in 2005 to assist the Navy in providing security for U.S. Navy nuclear ballistic missile submarines transiting in the vicinity of their home port of Bangor, Wash.
