Summary[edit]

Description
English: Sectional map of part of Nebraska showing relief by hachures, drainage, cities and towns, and the survey lines. "Drawn by J.J. O'Brien." Incorporated in 1862 by Act of Congress providing for the construction of a continuous line from the Missouri River to the Pacific Ocean. The connection of the line with the Central Pacific at Promontory, Utah, completed the first transcontinental railroad in 1869.
